Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Patient
More than 24 hours before the appointment:
→ Full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days.
Within 24 hours of the appointment:
→ No refund. You may reschedule once to another available slot within 30 days.
No-shows (joining more than 15 minutes late without prior notice):
→ Treated as a no-show. No refund or rescheduling credit will be provided.
To cancel or reschedule, please email us at bookings@pranikaara.com or message on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Cancellations by the Doctor
If we are unable to conduct your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, or technical failure), we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer a full rescheduling at no additional charge, or
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
We take our commitment to your time seriously and such cancellations are extremely rare.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be considered at our discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue on our end prevents the consultation from proceeding (for example, the video link not functioning), we will reschedule or refund in full.
If a technical issue on your end prevents you from joining (poor internet connection, device problems), we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect. If the call cannot proceed, rescheduling will be offered at our discretion.
Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days. We will review each case individually. While we cannot guarantee refunds on completed consultations, we take feedback seriously and will work to find a fair resolution.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Stripe refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Razorpay refunds for India typically appear within 5–7 business days.
