Dr. Priyanka Kshirsagar Ayurveda & Wellness offers online Ayurvedic wellness consultations. Our services are for educational and wellness guidance purposes only. Our services are NOT a substitute for: - Emergency medical care - Diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions - Advice from a licensed medical doctor - Prescription medication management We are a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner (BAMS, MD Panchakarma), not a Western medical doctor. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical disease as defined under Western medicine.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Consultations for minors may be arranged with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present during the consultation.

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation - You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details upon successful payment - Please ensure your contact information and time zone are accurate at the time of booking - The video consultation link will be provided in your confirmation email - Please join the call on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. In summary: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a credit or refund - Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are generally non-refundable - We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund provided

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during the intake process and consultation. Providing false or incomplete information may result in inappropriate guidance and releases us from liability for any outcomes arising from such omissions. If you are currently under the care of a physician or taking prescription medication, you must disclose this during the consultation. Do not modify, discontinue, or replace any prescribed medication based solely on Ayurvedic guidance without consulting your physician.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Priyanka Kshirsagar Ayurveda & Wellness shall not be liable for: - Any adverse health outcomes arising from following wellness guidance - Failure to disclose pre-existing conditions that affect consultation outcomes - Technical issues beyond our control that affect consultation delivery - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.
